We process and ship all orders in 24 hours.
Any order received before 12:00 noon MNT is shipped the very same day. Orders received after 12:00 noon MNT will be shipped the next business day. If you are placing an order between 12:00 - 2:00 MNT, and would like to have it shipped the same day, please contact us and we will do our best to ship the order the same day.

View your shipping charges before submitting payment.
You can view your actual shipping charges, based on weight and zip code, before ordering. To do so, begin the checkout process. On the first page, enter your correct state and zip code (all other information need not be correct), and then click the "Continue" button. On the next screen, you will see the actual shipping charges. These rates are the published rates from each carrier based on your zip code and the weight of your order.
Select from multiple shipping carriers and shipping methods.
During order checkout, after entering your billing and shipping addresses, you will be able to select the shipping method based on the published rates from each carrier. We ship daily via FedEx, UPS, and the US Postal Service. Through any of these carriers, you can ship Ground, 2nd Day, or Standard.

Money Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will gladly give you instructions on how to proceed with a return. Please see our return policy for details about returning merchandise.
All returns must be authorized within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. .

We do not charge a restocking fee. We will credit 100% on items that are returned in new condition with original, resalable packaging. We will issue a 50% credit for items where the original seal is broken and the item(s), although not damaged, cannot be sold as new. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged in any way, unless the damage is due to a flaw in the product itself. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

For large or wholesale orders, we charge a 10% restocking fee for returned items. This minimal cost only covers our fees to receive the order and restock the inventory. For questions about possible restocking fees, please contact us before returning your order.

Once we receive the merchandise back from you, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed. If a refund is due, we will issue a credit at that time. If an additional amount is owed, please include an authorization to charge the difference. Otherwise, we will immediately send out the exchange item(s).

Important: We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the mail when being returned. Therefore, please be sure to properly insure your package(s). FedEx and UPS including tracking and insurance, although you may want to purchase more insurance. The US Postal Service does not include tracking or insurance, so we advise that you purchase it at a nominal fee.

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed it online, you must email us at info@arionzayogacompany.com . You will be refunded the entire amount of the order but only if it has not been shipped.


If you would like to return or exchange your order and you agree with the criteria outlined above, please complete the Returns Form. Once you click submit on the form, mailing instructions will be provided.
